Abi Millar is a freelance journalist and author, based in south east London. Her first book, The Spirituality Gap, is available online and at all good bookshops.

She has an English degree from Cambridge University and a Science Journalism MA from City University London. With a broad range of interests, she has written for outlets including Patient, Netdoctor, Vice, New Statesman, Elle UK, Woman & Home, UnHerd, TechMonitor and numerous trade publications. She is also a qualified personal trainer and yoga teacher, and mum to two small children.
